What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, work email, venue or group name and anything you choose to write in the message box.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about Nimmi for your business. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and building relationships with casino operators.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or UK adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, different retention terms will apply under our agreement with you.
Your rights
